Help shape it, don't just watch.
At Xient, people work on real projects and real kit from day one: our own AI hardware, our own SAP systems, our place in SAP's PartnerEdge Open Ecosystem, and European research at the cutting edge. We train people - those who get stuck in help shape what comes next.

AI Solution Consultant (m/f/d) - AI in the reality of the enterprise
You get more out of AI than most - and make it work where it counts: in real enterprise processes, from mid-sized companies to large corporations. A new role for people who don't just understand AI, but make it productive.
Integration Management Consultant (m/f/d) - Data Strategy
You keep complex transformation programmes steerable - connecting business and IT and creating sound decision paths.
Junior Consultant (m/f/d) - Research & enterprise reality
For people with a doctorate who want more impact than pure research - and get to keep both: contributing to European frontier topics (Horizon Europe) and real projects in enterprise reality.
Snowflake Developer (m/f/d) - Data & Analytics
You build modern data solutions on Snowflake - with one foot in the SAP BW world and an eye for the frontend, where data turns into decisions.
SOX Consultant (m/f/d) - SAP Compliance
You own the IT controls (ITGC) around SAP in a SOX-regulated environment - clean, auditable, enforceable. Standing firm with all parties, internal and external.
AI Native (m/f/d) - for people who can do AI but have no CV to prove it
You have been building with models, agents and tools that appear in no curriculum. No degree, but results. Here you get both: real enterprise systems and European supercomputers.
Level up your career.
